A very special THANK YOU to Heidi of Heidi Elnora for hanging out with us this past Friday at our Heidi Elnora Trunk Show!  It was a great day filled with beautiful bridal fashion and sweet enthusiastic brides!

Heidi, a Birmingham native, delivered a very powerful and  inspirational show at Jacksonville Fashion week on Saturday March 31st.  Bringing her designs through the heartbreak and hardships of the Alabama tornados last year, the emotionally charged runway show brought the audience to tears.  We want to thank Heidi for sharing her incredible talent with us at Jacksonville Fashion week!

We are very excited to be involved in some great Jacksonville fashion events this coming weekend!  First and foremost, we would like to welcome Heidi of Heidi Elnora to The White Magnolia on Friday, March 30th for a HEIDI ELNORA TRUNK SHOW.  For one day only, Heidi will be here to help you find the dress of your dreams!!  We will have the Spring 2012 collection in store and Heidi will be on deck to customize all gowns!  Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to meet and work with the designer.

In conjunction with Jacksonville Fashion Week, The White Magnolia is excited to attend the Jacksonville Fashion Week Bridal Brunch that will be happening on the lawn at Epping Forest Yacht Club Saturday, March 31st from 11-1.  The Bridal Brunch will be featuring a runway show presenting collections by bridal designer, Heidi Elnora, and bridesmaid designer, Leona.  All gowns available for sale locally at The White Magnolia & Bella Bridesmaid.  Tickets are still available!

To wrap up the weekend, The White Magnolia and Bella Bridesmaid will be sponsoring A Taste of Bridal Bliss at the One Ocean Resort and Spa on Sunday, April 1st from 12-4.  The event will include a wedding vendor meet and greet, a delicious lunch, and a runway show showcasing gowns from The White Magnolia and Bella Bridesmaid.  Tickets are still available & be sure to use the coupon code “thknot” for two for one tickets!

Congratulations to our White Magnolia Bride, Lindsay, who was recently married at the Ribault Club in Jacksonville, Florida.  Lindsay wore the Modern Trousseau McKenzie gown made of Thai Silk accompanied by the Modern Trousseau Sophie flower sash.  The beautiful lace veil was the perfect way to finish off the look for the southern bride whose outdoor Florida wedding was nothing short of perfection!  Congratulations Lindsay!

Its that time of year ago when the best of the best dresses go on sale!!  Mark your calendars for Friday, December 16th and Saturday, December 17th for the biggest SAMPLE SALE event of the year!  We are making room for all our of new spring 2012 collections and have marked all samples down 50-80% off.

Samples are sold on a first come first serve basis so make your appointment now if you want first pick!  Most samples range in size from a street size 6-10.  Remember that samples are always be altered to accommodate a smaller size!   Many time brides purchase samples and then have them altered into the dress of their dreams.  See our before and after pictures below for a perfect example!  Alterations typically run anywhere from $150-300, so often times the cost of the alterations is far less than the huge amount of money you are saving by purchasing a sample!

This season, we are please to announce the addition of Heidi Elnora to our wedding gown collection!  Her southern flare shows through all her designs and we are sure that the sophisticated belles in our area will appreciate her fresh, new look!  Ruffles, lace, and jewels…. you get it all in this great new collection!
